In Kenya, young women face disproportionate risks of gender-based violence, early pregnancy, limited education, and inadequate access to healthcare. We believe every woman deserves the agency to shape her own future — to be safe, healthy, and empowered. Through community outreach programs, we provide scholarships from primary school through college and past graduate education. We partner with local organizations to create safe spaces where women can gain education, job training, and essential health skills, and contained mentorship. Our mission is to help women reclaim their futures and thrive with dignity and independence.

Scholarships

In Kenya, FICCS is investing in the next generation of female healthcare leaders through our dedicated Scholarship Program. This initiative supports bright, passionate young women who dream of becoming nurses, doctors, or first responders — but face financial barriers to education. Rooted in our vision to Educate. Elevate. Empower., we provide full scholarships, mentorship, and long-term support to help these young women rise and lead. So far, over 70 students have been fully sponsored through this program. Your contribution can help change a life — and strengthen healthcare systems from the ground up.

Girls' Empowerment Initiative

Dedicated to breaking barriers for young women through education, mentorship, leadership training, and health awareness programs. We believe empowered girls become empowered communities.
